What Tantalus Theater expects of you:
*Courtesy and acceptance at ALL times. No exceptions. There will be no shaming or degrading another member under any circumstances.
*Participation. If you don't participate, don't expect to have things simply handed to you.
*No Botting/Hacking/Cheating. Period. We will not sacrifice our reputation for a play style that violates FFXIV's ToS. Parsing is acceptable and encouraged so long as it is used to better YOURSELF and not to shame another member.
*A good attitude.

ONLY applicable if applying to our raid team:
*Attendance is mandatory unless previously discussed with the raid team and/or "Committee". Its unfair to punish your fellow raiders for a lack of planning on your part.
*Proficiency in the job you main. We understand that people have bad days. Mistakes happen. As long as you better yourself consistently you'll be fine.
*Understand that if you are poorly performing it will be brought to your attention and it will be expected that you do research to better yourself. We won't carry dead weight for long.
***We raid to have fun. We usually do. We also raid to progress. There will be times where you'll be expected to focus and push yourself. Be ready and have an open mindset.
*****Most importantly, no one is perfect. We have skilled players that are always striving to be better. We expect the same of you.
